About these terms
These terms apply to your use of shrishtiindia.com and to travel services arranged by Shrishti Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd, an IATA-accredited travel agency based in Mumbai. By making an enquiry or a booking you agree to them.
Our role
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport companies and other suppliers. Each booking is also subject to that supplier’s own terms and conditions, which prevail for the service they provide.
Quotations, prices and payment
Quotations are valid for the period stated and depend on availability at the time of booking. Prices may change because of currency movements, taxes, fuel surcharges or supplier revisions until the booking is confirmed and paid. Payment deadlines are shown on your quotation or invoice.
Travel documents and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas, and any health certificates or vaccinations required for your journey. We can guide you, but decisions on visas rest with the relevant authorities.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and baggage for every trip.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy and the relevant supplier terms.
Liability
We take care in selecting suppliers and arranging your services, but we are not liable for acts, omissions or defaults of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the service fee paid to us for the affected booking, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
