Overview
Shrishti Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd arranges travel services as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, charter operators and other suppliers. Cancellation and refund terms are therefore set mainly by those suppliers, and we pass them on to you transparently.
How to cancel
All cancellations and changes must be sent in writing to info@shrishtiindia.com or to your Shrishti consultant. A cancellation takes effect on the working day we receive it. Please call us as well if your departure is within 72 hours.
Air tickets
Cancellation charges, refunds and changes follow the fare rules of the airline and the fare booked. Some fares are non-refundable. Airline refunds are processed once the airline releases the amount to us.
Hotels, villas, cruises and tours
Charges depend on each supplier’s policy and on how close to arrival you cancel. Non-refundable rates, peak-season stays, cruises and villa rentals often carry higher or full charges. Your quotation or confirmation lists the terms that apply.
Visas and third-party fees
Visa fees, service charges of visa centres, insurance premiums and courier charges are non-refundable once paid or submitted, whatever the outcome of the application.
Events, weddings and groups
Corporate events, MICE groups and destination weddings are governed by the payment and cancellation schedule set out in the individual proposal or agreement.
Our service fee
Shrishti’s service and handling fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Refund timelines
Refunds are made to the original payer after we receive the amount from the supplier, usually within 7 to 21 working days of that receipt. Bank and payment-gateway charges may be deducted.
Changes by suppliers and force majeure
If a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, we will help you choose an alternative or claim the refund the supplier offers. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, pandemics, government action or natural disasters.
